I'm a thirty something year old wife, mom, nutrition coach and student of life. I have ventured into things I never thought I would, like home birth, attachment parenting, homeschooling as well as Sports & Exercise Nutrition Coaching. I've been experimenting with baking since we have so much time on our hands being in quarantine, thanks Covid
According to the American Heart Association, we need 25-30 grams of fiber each day. Unfortunately the average person is only getting 15 grams which is about half of what we need. You can add this fiber rich product to pancake batter, cookies, breads, smoothies and more.
I highly recommend trying it.
